	Healthy Maumee - A Collaborative Community Wellness Initiative Healthy Maumee is a community health program sponsored and funded by Medical Mutual of Ohio and a variety of health-related partners with one simple goal- To provide you with the access to information, programs and resources you need to Take Charge of Your Health. Through Healthy Maumee you’ll be able to: Take a free health assessment (HA) Access free health screenings Learn about wellness related issues through educational seminars and discussions right in Maumee Participate in wellness related activities and events. Find healthy menu choices at Healthy Maumee Select Restaurants Through clinical data analysis of information provided voluntarily by participants (including you) we will establish an aggregate benchmark of the community’s health and measure it on an annual basis.
